Delivery times and costs for these services can vary greatly.
Most US orders are sent via USPS Ground Advantage (formerly First Class Mail), in a padded envelope or small box. We also use USPS Priority Mail, FedEx Ground, or UPS Ground, depending on the size or value of the package and your location. All packages include a tracking number.
We prefer to use \'s Global Shipping Program for international packages, because automatically includes their own insurance and delivery guarantee offers, but we also ship international orders directly, as needed. When making an international purchase that will not be sent via the Global Shipping Program, we must remove that option from the listings BEFORE you purchase them.
There are no universal rules for international shipping. VAT or other import/customs fees will often be collected by when you purchase your items, but not in all situations. We will use UPS, FedEx or other private shipping companies when appropriate. Every package has a domestic tracking number and an international tracking number.
