Directly sourced from England, this piece is an authentic late-Victorian (c. 1890–1900) earthenware/ironstone wedge cheese dish and dome. Hand-crafted during the height of the English aesthetic and transferware movement, it features an intricate sepia-brown floral/botanical transfer design over a cream background, complete with a sculpted scroll handle top. Year / Era: Late Victorian Period (c. 1890–1900) Origin: England, UK Condition: Beautiful vintage/antique condition. Has age-appropriate glaze crazing which adds to its authentic charm. Also has a slight chip on a small area on the edge (see highlighted on last photo).
