Up for sale is a Lionel No. 249E Steam Locomotive and No. 265T Tender. This pair was produced just prior to WWII from 1936 - 1939. The locomotive & Tender seem to be original and it shows some wear. The color is Gunmetal. There is a little light surface rust mainly around the trucks. It is also missing one of the tender\'s back grab rails. The locomotive runs very well with a lot of power. It easily pulls a five car prewar 800 series train.
