New Old Stock — factory sealed, never installed. Blister packaging shows normal shelf wear consistent with long-term storage: light surface scuffs and scratches on the clear plastic bubble, minor edge wear on the printed card backing, and a small area of packaging tape reinforcement near one corner of the blister where the original seal had begun to lift slightly (item remains fully enclosed and unused). Chrome finish on the visible brake arm is bright and free of pitting, rust, or corrosion.
