This is the BLU Manga English edition of Junjo Romantica Volume 9 by Shungiku Nakamura, part of the original North American print run during the Tokyopop era.
This copy is the First Printing (English), published by BLU Manga and distributed during the Right Stuf Anime era, before the Crunchyroll bought them out. The BLU line did not complete the full series in English, and it is currently Out of Print.
This volume also represents the earlier visual style of Nakamura’s work, before the more modern look seen in later series such as Sekaiichi Hatsukoi (The World’s Greatest First Love). The artwork here has a more traditional manga feel.
