This big beautiful bowl has a lovely glimmer from the black lacquer. Great for storing fruit or other foods, or for personal items. It's 9 inches wide, 2.4 inches tall, and weighs about 19 ounces. It is lacquer over wood and is from Japan.
Good vintage condition. There are light scuffs from some use. On the rim, a tiny piece of the lacquer is chipped off and is shown in the photos. On the bottom of the inside of the bowl, there is a thin scratch that is several inches long and also detailed in the photos. Please examine photos carefully.
