This is a 1949 Fairmount high school yearbook which was James Dean’s senior year. The book was originally owned by one of James Dean’s best friends and eventual pallbearer at James Dean’s funeral, Rex Bright. In addition to James Dean signing the book twice there is a brief inscription from Marcus Winslow, James Dean‘s cousin.(James, Dean and Marcus grew up in the same house and Winslow saw Dean as a big brother) the inscription serves as a verification of the authenticity of James Dean‘s signatures. Attempted to show condition of yearbook with photos.
