Preowned. Vintage. Seems very nice and turns on but untested. The display signal meter for FM Fine Tuning probably needs bulb. In same area show something that looks dislodged in front of the meter and the glass has a scratch. See images posted and use close up feature. I could not find another of the tuner model on the internet, only manuals.
