Circa: 1890This incredible antique rug was woven over 125 years ago made by brilliant weavers using all camel hair. It is an excellent example of an incredibly rare and desirable authentic Serab rug. The design composition of the rug is highly unique potentially drawing inspiration from some neighboring villages or tribes with some design elements commonly found in Caucasian rugs. The condition is overall good having undergone a few professional restorations, there are a few lines missing at one end. This piece is absent of any rips, tears, etc.. made with all natural vegetable dyes.
