Here\'s a sharp copy of an apparently very scarce book-- I can findno other copies listed for sale online as of April 2026: How to Protect Business Ideas: A Study of Trade-marks, Patents, Copyrights, Labels and Kindred Properties by William H. Leahy. This is a nearly unblemished copy in dimpled blue cloth with vibrant orange and blue paper labels to front cover and spine. With virtually no wear, just a bumped top corner. Pages are lightly age toned and clean--the only markings are bookseller pencil notations to endpapers. The original, unclipped orange and blue dust jacket is complete and in Very Good condition with some modest edgewear, a darkened spine and a bit soiling. 157 pp.
William H. Leahy wrote this book while he served as General Counsel to the Dennison Manufacturing Company. Dennison was an innovator in retail sales and systems for several generations, introducing items like point-of-sale price tagging technology and popularizing decorations for Halloween and other holidays throughout the calendar.
