This delightful fellow was made entirely from retired horseshoes. Other recycled metal parts include steel rod for his legs and feet, his comb is a circular saw blade piece, wattles are old butter knives and rifle shell case bases for his eyes. Varying degrees of rust on the horseshoes. A nice rust patina that will just get better with age. This piece is left untreated as raw steel so that its natural beauty and patina can continue to enhance its appearance. Approximately 12” long, 7” across front toes and 14” tall. Approximately the size of a small bantam rooster. This is an individually crafted one of a kind creation, each one will be slightly different and no two are exactly the same.
