The elastic in the poles have fatigue from being 23 years. This can probably be replaced, and may need to be at some point.
The cabana itself, as can be seen in the pictures, was never unfolded until I did so for the inspection and pictures. You can see in the pictures that the original folds are all still in the cabana. If you look, you will see the nylon cords and plastic snaps are in new condition, not worn or faded, further demonstrating that this is a never used cabana.
The box shows wear as it is 23 years old, but clearly displays the Honda label for the cabana.
