I purchased these directly from Hasbro and Hasbro had their factory put tape on the outside of the plastic bubbles to seal the plastic bubble to the card back. For reference I have attached an image of the sealed factory case and then an image showing the contents with the double taping on once. Again, this is how Hasbro decided to seal the box. You will receive a sealed box the exact way that Hasbro sealed it. I just opened one to show how Hasbro sealed the plastic bubble to the card.
