There are spacers that go underneath the seats on both ends. They can be replaced with weights. That’s why I made spacers .

there are interlocking components that are visible in the pictures on the seat sections that connect them to the center room section.

I prefer to put a spot of glue on the little tongues that lock together

Look closely at the location of the sections. The stairs will go on the left side as illustrated in the picture.
