These guitars are sent directly from the manufacturer to the authorized refurbishing center where they are fully inspected, set up and cleared by a certified technician. They are sent there for many reasons, including: returns, cosmetic flaws, minor repairs, surplus & discontinued or last years models. The guitars serial number may be partially altered and/or replaced and the back of the headstock is lightly stamped \"used\" by the authorized refurbishing center per manufacturer agreements.

Every instrument is fully setup prior to shipping however, setups can easily change in transit due to extreme temperatures, humidity changes and vibrations in delivery vehicles. Some adjustments may be needed upon arrival to fit the players personal taste or to offset any changes made in transit.
