Gretsch 6129-57 Silver Jet 2002 Used w/Hard case Gretsch 6129-57 Silver Jet 2002 Used w/Hard case A highly sought-after \'57 style Silver Jet with a silver sparkle top and Dynasonic pickups has arrived as a used 2002 model.
There are signs of screw fastening to the bridge base and body top to fix the bridge position. A Bigsby B3 has been added later, and there are traces of repeated adjustments to its mounting position.
The exterior has many scratches and dents, mainly on the back of the body, and some paint chips that expose the wood. Furthermore, there is rust and tarnish on all the metal parts, indicating signs of use and modification throughout.
The frets show wear mainly in the lower positions, but still have good height remaining, about 70% overall. The neck condition is fine, and the truss rod has plenty of adjustment range.
The original hard case and the original tailpiece (before replacement) are included, although one lock is broken.
