The Yorkshire model numbers are finish codes, not different fans:
- 90052 - Satin White
- 90053 - Brushed Nickel
- 90054 - Matte Black
- 90058 - Satin Brass
The finish is in the decorative cover, not the housing underneath. This same assembly fits all four. If your Yorkshire fan carries any of those model numbers, this is your part.
Not included
Decorative cover, glass shade, light kit, and hardware bag are not included. This listing is the motor and housing assembly only.
Condition
New old stock. Never installed, never used. This is a factory assembly removed from a complete fan carton, so it ships without individual retail packaging. It may show light shelf dust or minor handling marks on the galvanized steel from storage. The motor and blower wheel are factory installed and turn freely.
