This is one of the coolest Les Paul finishes we\'ve had through the shop. The top features an incredible galaxy-style pattern with shades of blue, turquoise, purple and green over a dark metallic background. The metallic blue treatment continues across the back, neck and matching headstock for a very striking overall appearance.
This guitar appears to be a Gibson Mod Collection / Mod Shop-type build, although it is not stamped “MOD” on the back of the headstock, and we have not been able to locate the original Gibson Mod Collection listing for this exact serial number. Because of that, we are selling and describing it simply as a 2024 Gibson Les Paul Studio with a custom Galaxy/Nebula finish, rather than representing it as a documented Mod Collection guitar.
Features include a bound fingerboard with trapezoid inlays, black hardware, black uncovered humbuckers, black speed knobs, Grover-style tuners, Tune-O-Matic bridge and stopbar tailpiece, and traditional hand-wired four-pot electronics with Orange Drop-style capacitors.
The guitar appears to be all original with no breaks, cracks or repairs. It is in near-mint condition, showing only extremely minor evidence of careful handling. The frets are excellent and the guitar plays and sounds great.
The combination of the unusual full-instrument sparkle finish, matching headstock, black hardware and classic Les Paul appointments makes this an exceptionally distinctive Gibson.
