This stainless steel tubular exhaust manifold is designed for custom top-mount turbo conversions on BMW E30 and E34 chassis using compatible M50, M52, M54, S50US and S52US inline-six engines. It mounts to the exhaust side of the cylinder head and provides a top-mounted turbocharger position for T3/T4-style turbo setups together with a 44mm V-band external wastegate provision.

The manifold is manufactured from AISI 304 stainless steel with approximately 42mm outer-diameter runners and 3.0mm runner wall thickness according to the supplied specifications. The manifold uses TIG-welded tubular construction, with reinforced welding around flanges and other highly loaded joints.

This manifold can serve as the exhaust-side foundation for an E30 or E34 M5X/S5X turbo project. GT30- and GT35-style turbochargers may be suitable when the turbine housing uses the correct flange pattern and sufficient vehicle clearance is available.
