The book shows signs of age and use, binding is in good shape. The back cover has some waviness on the top and side probably due to moisture at some point (slightly musty) and the back interior face page is a bit loose on some edges (see pictures).
The Fairbanks Morse & Co Railway Supplies No. 52 (1906) is also in great shape, binding intact, just worn from age and use.
