Extremely Rare 1890\'s  Choromtype Permanent photograph on glassware with the only other known example having been sold through Christie\'s and it is in the Permanent Collection of The Science Museum Group.

This wonderful Chromotype has a pristine image of the  stained glass widow showing Saint Frideswide within the Christ Church, Oxfod.

This photograph is housed within its Original 1890\'s wood Frame with the Maker\'s Label still adhered to the Verso.

Wheeler\'s Shop was strategically located directly across from Oxford.  His ability to capture the university\'s landmarks and market them directly must have been an amazing opportunity for patrons of his shop. Offering his exciting new unique process of permanent photography on glass,  to such eager minds.
