1st edition, however, missing the important map and 2 plates and front cover detached, priced accordingly. Included is a copy of the 1868 edition containing the map and plates.
An Historical Account of the Expedition Against the Ohio Indians, in the Year 1764, under the Command of Henry Bouquet, Esq… further, it is inscribed as John Baylor’s copy, which considering the importance of the work – I believe this copy belonged to John Baylor (1750-1808), in which his younger brother was George Baylor, George Washington’s aide-de-camp during the Revolutionary War.
