Shipping and Return Policies
Expedited Shipping is available if you need it. You are responsible for the extra charges (shipping and handling).
Allitems are packaged and shipped in a professional manner.
We will accept returns for all items within fourteen days unless otherwise stated. All items returned at no seller’s fault are subject to a 10% restocking fee. “SOLD AS-IS” items cannot be returned, unless stated otherwise.
All returned items must be returned in original conditions as was received.
We reserve the right to reject item after inspection (i.e. items with physical damage or incomplete packaging) In the event that physical damage is caused during transit of a return, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact the carrier to start a damage claimimmediately upon receiving a notification from us. The responsibility is between customer and carrier.
All returned items MUST be in original condition, packaging, sealed, and unused.
No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. The customer assumes responsibility for the package until it is delivered to us.
The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges i.e. cost of shipping the merchandise to you, and cost for you to return the merchandise.
