Matt is 20\" by 23\", art is in the Matt frame. Art is about 14\" x 17\" maybe larger I didn\'t want to pull apart to measure it. I am not familiar with this artist and her choice of medium. It looks like water color but could be something similar to it like Gouache. There are no #s so it\'s an original unless the 00/00 was left off for some reason. I see from other listings that they are marked with print numbers.It will be shipped from Arizona so the closer you are to Arizona the less your shipping will be.
I try my best for same day or next day shipping. But some items because of size or because they are fragile and require extra careful packing may take a bit longer. No handling cost to you.
