The canteen has some chips around the body and the bottom is spider webbed from a drop most likely. The canteen is a nice bright blue color. The canteen is round on the bottom and doesn\'t fit inside the cup completely. Forcing it in would ruin the enamel so display partially in cup or next to it is recommended.
The cup is the rare part. It is darker than the canteen but is also blue. It is made by Landers, Frary & Clark and dated 1942. There are some chips as well, with a bunch of tiny ones on lip of cup.
