Vellum yellowed, with minor split starting at top of front joint, light plus bumping to corners, and light plus rubbing and marking to board surfaces. Several small instances of insect damage to spine and joints. Text block lightly age toned with scattered light foxing and scattered small stains. Early ink annotations to title page; several instances of early ink annotations in Greek to text block. Front board slightly warped. Several ink stains to front free endpaper. Later engraved portrait of Demosthenes inserted (but not affixed) in text block. A photocopy of the absent first page of text has been tipped in after the title page; additional photocopies of the same section inserted (but not affixed) at rear of volume. EH Consignment.
