Returns Policy

Each customer must contact us prior to any return. Returns and/or exchanges of merchandise must take place within 21 days of receipt of product. All items must be shipped back with a tracking number for inspection and processing prior to refund. If an item is shipped back to us without a tracking number and is not received there will be no way to verify if the item was ever shipped to us.
