Large format hardcover 1st printing of the 2004 edition (originally published by Folio Society [London] in 1998 then reprinted with a new binding in 2004). Lovely book bound in Nigerian goatskin spine and silk moire sides. Clean, white pages and no former owner marks. Tiny (1/16\") blemish to lower spine, looks like a small area of rubbing. No other issues. Very good+ condition. Slipcase shows a couple of light, thin scratches to one side. Very good.
