I personally designed this beautiful propane torch base in a 3D CAD software and printer to create this useful tool for myself in my garage. Where I work and store gas for the mower, paint, and stripper and other various flammable items.
Safety is always a concern when it comes to using open flame as a tool, a lit torch can easily turn over from a wobbly table that might get bumped. That’s just one of many scenarios that has the potential of causing
thousands of dollars in damage.
I specifically designed this stable base to fit tightly on the 14.1 oz Blue Bernzomatic propane tanks.
Bernzomatic propane tanks are reliable, and widely used by many craft shops, plumbers, and mechanics.
Stability is ensured by the 5 inch diameter base, the tank sets nicely an 1,1/2 deep on a solid foundation.
I also designed the base with a ¼ suction hole in the bottom to prevent the tank from becoming stuck if left
unused for long periods of time.
A little piece of mind goes along way knowing you have a tool that helps prevent your torch from tipping over.
