This is a wonderful Old Antique Chinese Wood Painted Box used for scrolls, Gloves, Jewelry or Trinkets. This box and lid was hand painted and lacquered with the traditional Chinese samurai motif. Has metal wire wrapped around on side. It is signed on the bottom.
Please see all pics. The Chinese box would be a wonderful addition to your home or collection.
This box shows age, discoloration and loss of lacquer, but overall in good condition.
