The Céline red circle logo bag is a vintage piece from the 1980sto 1990s, part of the classic gold-accented leather goods lines producedduring the house\'s pre-LVMH era. These bags were released during the 1980s and 1990s under the general guidance of founder Céline Vipiana. I spent a lot of time cleaning and conditioning this bag and I just want her to find a good home.
- The interior leather tag bears the code CM93. Vintage Céline codes typically use letters for the manufacturing location followed by numbers indicating the month/year or week/year of production (such as codes starting with M14 or similar vintage sequences. In vintage Céline leather goods from this era, the numeric portion of the leather tab code directly indicates the production year. The \"93\" confirms it was manufactured in 1993.
- Design Features: Red smooth or textured leather, prominent circular gold-tone metal hardware emblem on the front flap, and leather shoulder straps.
- Riri Zipper:The bag has high-end Swiss riri zippers. These zippers are a hallmark of authentic, high-quality vintage Céline pieces from the late 1980s and 1990s. A riri zipper is a great sign of period-accurate authenticity.
There is some wear on the corners of the bag, but most wear is on the edges of the inset pocket in the front of the bag. Please see detailed photos of this. Also, on back, there is an area of disturbed leather, small, but it is there and I\'ve shown detailed photos. I cleaned it, but could not do more without damaging the leather.
