You obviously have good taste as you are looking at a fabulous Cutco 1728 Petite Chef knife that was previously gently used, but has been sent to the Cutco Factory where it was sharpened and polished and cuts like new. The handle color is what is considered by Cutco to be \"classic,\" which is mostly black, but may have a bit of red marbling. This knife (singular) is sold \"each\" meaning one knife. Cardboard sheath included (cardboard may not be OEM branded depending on availability).
