For a new Mother Clutcher HD primary clutch and puller tool made for 2016-2023 Can am Defender HD10 and the 2021-2023 Defender HD9 models.
This clutch was madeusing the stronger Maverick X3parts but thenmodified to make it bolt up and work on a Defender HD10!What you have now is aready to bolt and and use primary clutch ratedfor more than double the HP oftheoriginal Defender HD9 &HD10 clutch! Some upgraded parts include that it has has the reinforced towers with the steel plated slides toprevent button wear on thealuminum housing. Also has the stronger X3 style top cover ( aka Governor cup assembly) . The great news is even thoughit\'sa lot tougher than the original HD8 clutch we have it pre tuned for the Defender HD10 ( and 2021-2023 HD9).
This upgrade also lets the engine rev up a little higher to areas that unlock more of your mid range - full throttle torque and power. The mid throttle rpm\'s are approximately 400 rpms higher while full throttle, this clutch is tuned 600-800 rpms higher than stock until you exceed 55 mph. Once you exceed 55 mph, the top end is the same as the OEM primary which was 7200-7500 rpms.
