Thisis a plant, produced by blue flowering aquilegia varieties: AquilegiaVulgaris and Aquilegia “Winky Blue & White”.

Oneis tall and another is short, one has nodding flowers, and another has upwardfacing flowers, one has solid blue flowers, and another has blue flower withwhite accent. One fits best at the back while another at the front of theborder. You can see them on pictures growing side to side.

Update for 05/14/2020

Have just discovered new type of columbines that are growing among the 2 types described above. This type is dark blue-purple -violet with some white watercolor effect on the center petals - it is so breathtakingly beautiful, I have added the pictures #11 and 12 for you to see, there is not many of them yet, but there are some here and there. They are taller than semi-dwarf Winky Blue and White, much deeper violet shade of blue, and the flowers are nodding, just like all blue variety. All blue variety is still the tallest variety.

Perhaps, this, newly discovered type is more like a true Aquilegia Vulgaris.

The last shipment of the year is 25th of September for the freshly dug columbines-shipment resumes on 25th of April next year, so order during the summer early fall to have it in the ground by next spring!
