Measure 15 inches across the waist when laid flat with roughly a 33 inch inseam. They have a waterproof liner built in and are CE Armored at the knees. They do have pockets to add hip protection if desired. Only thing I could note about them is the removable textile panels on the thighs are no longer with the pants. So, it is mesh in that area with the waterproof liner under it.
