Vintage plates made by Bennington Potters in Vermont, featuring mold number 1629 and designed during the mid-century modern era under studio founder and owner operator David Gilfrom 1948 through 2002.
Mold number 1629 was used in the 1960s and is no longer being used.
This 9 1/2\" Classic Dinner Plate in Blue Agate has a gently sloping edge that slants outward and rises about an inch from the table, catching and keeping every bite on your plate.
Dishwasher, microwave, and oven safe.
One of the four plates is a bit lighter in color (see top right in photo with all four plates) and a little thinner (see stacked photo). Glare and shadowing from my light box in some photos.
