Vintage Bausch & Lomb Balplan Metallurgical microscope body stand in cosmetically good pre-owned condition with some surface wear from laboratory environment use. Includes the integrated Darkfield/Brightfield slider assembly, functional IN/OUT polarizing analyzer slot, mechanical XY axis stage, and revolving nosepiece. The fine/coarse focus gears and stage dials move smoothly. Please note: This unit is incomplete and being sold strictly AS-IS for parts, repair, or restoration. It completely lacks a viewing head, objective lenses, lamp house, and power cord.
