Partially tested. It runs smoothly. Forward and reverse. I have not tested the steam as I do not have the required accessories for it. Comes with 12 curved tracks and 20 straight ones. The locomotive has a couple minor, non mechanical pieces missing. Does not affect anything whatsoever. This was originally my neighbor\'s set which he passed on to us back in 2000. Been having it stored ever since (until now that I tested it).
