Aurora T-Jet Blue Cheetah slot car For Sale

The sale is for a T-jet slot car from the 1960s. These cars feature classic car designs, making them a coveted collector\'s item for enthusiasts of slot car racing and vintage toys. Aurora is a well-known brand in the slot car industry, known for producing high-quality and detailed models that have stood the test of time.
All the slot cars have been tested and run but as all chassis of this era could use a tune-up and oiling. The chassis are most likely not the original to the body. I did notice after market parts replacements and will point them out if I know. The tires could be original and require replacement. I have attempted to point out various details of the body condition but would urge to check the photos since I may have missed a detail that is important to you. Almost all the time I am not aware of the history of the slot car.
Generally all slot cars will have some degree of wear associated with it which may include dings, scuffs, chips, fading, discoloration, cracked plastics, cracked screw posts, cut wheel wells, dry rotted tires, worn contacts, etc. I make every effort to point out what I consider defects that hobbyists want to know about which includes has the chassis been tested and runs, any body damage or modifications, and screw post condition. Painting is a modification I will point out if obvious but sometimes it is hard to tell.
Blue Cheetah: Front and rear posts have spacers to accommodate larger tires. Front post has been made shorter than original. All posts seem to hold firm. The chassis has been tested and runs.
