Antique c. 1900 Folk Art Hand-Made Primitive Dollhouse, Builder's Model 6+ Rooms For Sale

Neat antique dollhouse....c. 1900....completely hand-made....the framing is so detailed that this may have been a builder's model or builder's gift to his daughter....walls, floor, and roof aren't simple sheets of wood (as most are), rather they are constructed of small pieces of wood and framed as a full-size house would be...."plaster" walls are actually painted cardboard attached over the framing....6 rooms plus a hallway....bathroom has built-in wood toilet, bathtub, and mirror (no sink)....*SEE MEASUREMENTS BELOW*....Very Good, As Found Condition....exterior, including roof, appears to have been repainted at some point in the recent past....chimney appears to be a recent addition, perhaps added at the time the house was re-painted....interior paint and finishes appear original....one piece of horizontal trim (green) along one gable end is missing (exterior)....evidence that the roof was originally hinged, however no hinges are present....no evidence it ever had doors....from a non-smoking and pet-free home....please study all photos, feel free to ask questions, and be sure to check out my other interesting antique sales!
