Beautiful scalloped bowl with ornate raised floral border, detailed engraved floral center and decorative swinging brass-tone handle. Late 19th-century style and construction. Shows age-related tarnish, patina, scratches, discoloration and silverplate/finish wear as pictured. Handle moves at the side mounts. Old collector identification tag remains attached.
