Antique Signed Oil Painting Scenic House & Stream.. Ornate Frame Small Tear:

This is an antique oil on canvas painting in an ornate framework. The painting is signed in the bottom left corner but we cannot decipher the name. The painting shows a scene with a house, stream, trees... The canvas is age worn and dry with obvious age lines in the canvas mostly seen in the sky area. There is one 3 way burst type tear in the canvas (in the sky area) with the 3 tear lines measuring out 3/8" to 1/2". The ornate framework has a few small surface chips here and there but is mostly intact. The outer measurements of the frame are approx. 13" by 16 1/4" by 2" deep. We have made no attempts to clean this very old painting.
