Antique, hardcover, late 19th century book, decoratively embossed in gold gilding and black and red design. Outer page fore-edges are gold gilded. Exterior of the book has some age, use or shelf wear, like, but not limited to some rubbing at the outer corners and edges of the book. Interior of the book has some minor age, use and handling wear like, but not necessarily limited to, small tatter to the upper end of the front endpaper gutter as well as some minor and light occasional soiling, toning or foxing. Book’s binding is tight and well intact and the book is complete with all pages present and none coming loose, detached or missing. Book has no odors.
Book totals 319 pages, measures approximately 7 3/4 x 5 1/2 x 1 1/4 inches and weighs about 1 1/2 pounds.
