This is a completely original, one-of-a-kind piece that is hand-signed directly on the canvas. The artist signed it \"Jul. Richter Mchn\" right in the bottom corner to show it came from his studio in Munich.The artwork shows a family of wild mountain goats (called chamois) up on a rocky ledge looking out over a foggy mountain valley. You can really see the old-school quality when you look at it up close, from the tiny aged cracks in the paint to the way the heavy canvas is hand-tacked to the original wooden frame with old iron nails instead of staples.I will make sure it is packed up super safely with plenty of protective wrap and fully insured before it ships out to you.
