Stunning antique Limoges porcelain serving tray, marked on the underside “Limoges / LDBC / Flambeau / France / Hand Painted.”This large and exceptionally decorative tray features a beautiful hand-painted floral design with lavender, purple, white and green flowers arranged around a sweeping gilt garland. The tray has an elaborate scalloped and raised gilt border with dimensional gold beading, along with ornate pierced gold handles on both ends.The hand-painted decoration and extensive gilding give this piece a particularly elegant late 19th/early 20th-century French Limoges appearance. The LDBC Flambeau mark is documented on Limoges pieces dating to this period. Measurements:
