Neat old steam governor for sale.
Rather large and heavy!
Unfortunately it does have some issues such as the pulley has a chunk broken out of the inner edge of it.
At the very top of the governor above the fly balls there is a chunk broken out as well.
Gears have wear.
It does rotate by giving the pulley a turn by hand.
Balls are not stuck.
