Up for sale is a beautiful mixed set of four (4) authentic antique porcelain butter pats crafted by the renowned Haviland & Co. in Limoges, France. These tiny 3-inch dishes are highly collectible and date back to the late Victorian / Edwardian era (circa 1894–1915).
The set features a lovely mix-and-match floral aesthetic:
- Two (2) dishes feature a delicate pink sweet pea pattern with climbing green tendrils on a scalloped rim.
- Two (2) dishes feature a vibrant blue starflower / wild cornflower pattern with trailing blue vines on a scalloped rim.
All four pieces feature the classic scalloped Ranson blank structure.
**Backstamps / Maker's Marks:**
Each dish is fully authenticated on the reverse side with two distinct stamps:
1. The underglaze factory whiteware mark in green: "Haviland France"
2. The overglaze decorating kiln mark in brick red: "Haviland & Co. Limoges"
