Antique, vellum bound, nearly two centuries old, scarce pocket sized or miniature edition of the aforementioned ancient Greek work in overall very good condition. Exterior of the book has some age, use and shelf wear like toning or light and superficial toning to the vellum from age. Red leather title labels with gold gilded embossed text are overall well intact with some minor chipping. Interior of the book is overall clean with a 19th century former owner’s name label pasted to the front endpaper. Interior has some mild foxing throughout on pages that are overall clean and bright. Pages remain very sturdy. Book’s binding is tight and well intact and the book is complete with all pages present and none coming loose, detached or missing. Book has no odors.
Book totals 159 pages, measures approximately 6 x 3 7/8 x 3/4 inches and weighs about 1/2 of a pound.
