Antique German 800 Solid Silver & Porcelain Hors D'oeuvre Spoon and Fork. Dating is end of 19th to early 20th centuryHallmarked with German hallmarks; 800 for silver fineness, crescent moon and makers mark MAU for Heinrich Mau.Handles are fine German (Dresden?) porcelain. The handles are not cracked or repaired and are tight to the silver, both handles show signs of wear but the main gilding is all intact.These are a collectible item.I have tried to take enough photos for buyers to see the condition.Heinrich Mau was a celebrated German jeweller best known for being the “Haflieferant”, the Royal Saxon Court Jeweller.If you any questions or want more photos please ask.
