Cast in solid bronze, the high-relief front medallion depicts a 19th-century frontier pioneer scout holding a rifle alongside an early 20th-century youth scout beneath a patriotic US shield. Complete with its original aged leather buckle strap.
This original turn-of-the-century piece features deep 3D relief, fully legible text ("TWO SCOUTS", "THE OLD & THE NEW"), an attractive uncleaned patina, and an intact leather strap.
